They use the Spool widget during customer calls & sales meetings to capture only important, non-sensitive parts of your conversations that they want to document. Right after each Zoom call, Spool emails the meeting host a sales document and saves it to the Spool dashboard. Using the Spool widget, team members can access the latest , relevant conversations during follow-up calls.
