Spool empowers sales teams to document and access key conversations from customer calls & sales meetings with the tap of a button using its AI- powered conversations-based collaboration platform.

Zoom business users connect Spool with their Zoom account and download the Spool desktop widget. They use the Spool widget during customer calls & sales meetings to capture only important, non-sensitive parts of your conversations that they want to document. Right after each Zoom call, Spool emails the meeting host a sales document and saves it to the Spool dashboard. Using the Spool widget, team members can access the latest , relevant conversations during follow-up calls.
