Good day everyone,

We are honored and thrilled to be featured in BetaList this week.

We have embarked on a journey to improve the quality of hires, and to streamline the recruitment process for both those looking for work (candidates) and those looking to hire (employers).

Candidates who register on the platform can participate in various skill tests to demonstrate their level of competency to employers. Whether you’re college educated or self-taught, the skills test was designed to give everyone an equal chance to succeed.

With Recruitly, employers can be confident the candidates they choose to hire have the required skills. The result is a much simpler recruitment process for employers, as well as candidates while providing more job opportunities for self-taught candidates.

Our product is currently at the early stage, and we will be sending exclusive invitations to those who signed up for our mailing list.

We welcome any feedback you may have!

It seems difficult to design tests that accurately predict future job performance so I'm curious what's your approach to this and how you ensure that you are testing for the skills that are actually required in day-to-day work. Thanks!

Hello Ela,

Thank you for your comment.

I agree that designing the tests will not be an easy task. The tests were initially going to be developed by senior professionals who are currently working in their fields and who possess such skills. However, vetting these professionals, and ensuring these tests remains accurate is also a challenge.

I appreciate your concern, and we welcome any feedback you may have.
