Luma

Luma is a communications tool primarily built for digital marketing agencies and their clients. We bring all your client messages, updates, questions and requests into one platform everyone can access - it means nothing is missed and puts an end to those horrible, long email chains.

We have 2 main aims. First, to make communication actionable, so we've made it possible to create tasks by highlighting parts of a client's message and assigning it to the relevant team member. And second, to save users time, so we automated progress updates and built a system which means clients don't have to learn how to use a new tool (they generally don't like it when agencies force tools on them).
