Mindlake

Mindlake is an LLM-powered search engine that gathers discussions about your projects spread across tools you use at the workplace such as Slack, Gmail, Jira and Google Drive. It gives you a birds-eye view of the ongoing status of your tasks, highlights critical excerpts from conversations and issues which need your attention (such as projects getting delayed, and things you missed following up on)

Before your meetings, it gives you a recap on what has been discussed so far in all conversations on a particular topic, and suggests intelligent questions you can ask in the followup call
