HiLo is building a space where team members share the high and low of their work day anonymously with team leaders.
Hilo gives team leaders the ability to spot trends before they became larger problems, while also helping them seize opportunities that lead to happier employees. Employees become more engaged by sharing how they feel in a meaningful way, and one they know is being heard.
