@tomzaragoza it's all about helping small appointment-based businesses get interested customers in the door. Sometimes that's by reducing no-shows through automated appointment reminders, or through automated check-ins, or through automated review requests!

Clientelify is all about helping appointment based businesses (like dentists, since we are HIPAA compliant) book and perform more paid appointments with interested customers. It is easy to set up and use, and doesn’t require any integrations to work.

The two main use cases are scheduling (which automatically sends calendar invites and appointment reminders to clients) and message scheduling.

The scheduling has both a public facing and private interface for booking an appointment. The public interface is important because it allows interested customers to easily book an appointment without having to send an email or pick up the phone. Most small appointment based businesses still don’t have this functionality, and they frequently miss out on interested customers!

The message scheduling helps by reducing no-shows through automated text / email appointment reminders, scheduling automated text / email check-ins, and sending automated text / email review requests.
How is the HIPAA compliance ensured?
