Smappy

Smappy is a mood tracker with a twist. It uses augmented reality (with use of a 3D character) and facial recognition to play games and complete challenges designed to make you smile and in turn improve your mood, as smiling (and fake smiling) has been shown to have a direct positive impact on your mental wellbeing.

*please note full facial tracking is not yet possible on devices without a truedepth camera on iOS 13 (it will be on iOS 14!).
