The self experimentation app
N=1 is an upcoming smartphone app allowing users to run their own self experiments to gain new insights about themselves. You specify what you want to investigate (e.g. drinking coffee) and what you want to measure (e.g. headaches), then the app designs the experiment for you. When enough data is collected, it will run statistical analyses and tell you whether there is a link between the two.
