Internal

Internal is a Slack bot that facilitates emotional communication for remote teams. All users take twice daily questionnaires to check in at the start of the day and reflect at the end of their day. Individual check in overall scores are reported to a public channel so that coworkers gather the same emotional insights that they would from body language in a physical setting. Reflections are used to track personal emotional fitness overtime.

Managers pay a fee for access to aggregate team insights on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis. All manager reports are aggregated from individual reports so that distinct choices are not personally identifiable.
