Instacount

Instacount is a globally distributed Web API for quickly and persistently counting things. Any developer can create an in-memory counter. But making cross-cluster, highly-scalable counters that don't get in the way of your actual application under extreme loads -- that can get complicated quickly. Instacount takes care of the complexity so your applications can reliably count anything, from anywhere, and then retrieve highly consistent, accurate counts at any point in the future. Instacount is built on the Google Cloud, the same globally distributed technologies that power Google's most demanding applications. That means you can reliably take advantage of Instacount to track things like follower counts, likes, votes, event data, entity counts, or anything you can dream up that needs to be counted.
