GetHealth allows people to check-in to health tasks in 3 categories: Move, Munch and Mind - Move is about Physical activity (such as running, walking, cycling), Munch is about the food you’re eating (your 5 a day, your 8 glasses of water), and Mind is about taking some time out for ‘me’ (destressing through meditation, reading etc). Daily Points go towards beating your 7 day best and, at the end of each week, users receive a progress report enabling them to see their overall engagement and improvement in their personal health. The application is also social, allowing users to connect with family and friends to feel motivated to achieve their health goals through the interactions and support they receive.
