UX Mining helps research teams make usability project and report like a Pro in no time and in a cost-effective way.
Our solution includes a simple interface for driving usability tests, where you can distinguish roles: moderator, observer, and participant. Additionally UX Mining allows to add highlights and notes and also triggers interactions with participants. Tests can be joined through mobile devices as well. All recordings are kept on our platform, where analysis can be continued. Teams can collaborate in workspaces, where are possible to add notes and share highlights with others. Results can be exported to the rainbow spreadsheet report in the Excel format.
