Userwish acts as both a feedback forum for your customers, and a data-driven online portal/dashboard for your company. Each company is given a unique forum URL (called a ‘Wishboard’) that is home to the discussion. This URL can be shared with your customers through your current support process (live chat, email, phone, etc.) or embedded in a page on your website.
Customers can create accounts, write posts, comment, receive prizes, view future roadmaps, and get notified when new features have a change in status (In Review, Planned, In Progress, or Completed).
