Transactful

Transactful is an app inspired by the many complaints on Twitter recently about the number of customers creating chargebacks for legitimate purchases. People often forget that they've bought something. By the time they see a charge on their credit card statement, they've either can't recognize the name of the merchant or have forgotten about it altogether.

Transactful is a hosted refund request form that helps sellers and customers track refund requests.
