Theshire.co is like a youtube for job ads. By making the recruitment process more visual rather than written, breaking down the communication barriers between job providers and candidates will better help candidates find right the job they are looking for, and recruiters find the right candidate. We are now currently working on our video job application functionality which we hope to be available mid-year.

We are happy to offer free lifetime use for the first 100 recruiters and businesses based in the US, Australia (Sydney only), Hong Kong & Singapore who sign up and help us test out the site by posting digital job ads with hyperlinks to their preferred job application page for candidates
