There were too many screens where to look for data and too much navigation involved.
The second problem was of use of external email client where you need to sync emails from gmail or outlook with CRM constantly.
So what we have designed is a simple Case Management tool, where every new inquiry becomes a case, there is a full email integration in the CRM, so by using email client in CRM you can send email messages.
Incoming emails are automatically extracted to the CRM in realtime.
The platform can be used to configure multiple business processes, by creating a suitable case type.
