A simple way to delay sending emails
Shallot is a service that lets you schedule emails you'd like to send out at a later time. It's helpful for giving regular updates to colleagues, keeping in touch with your boss when you know you'll be away, or sending out a simple reminder for your future self.
You enter in the details of the email, pick a time and date you want it to get sent out on, and schedule it. Your dashboard keeps track of emails that are pending delivery and ones that have been sent out successfully. All emails appear as though they are coming directly from your email address.
