Find your ideal developers with less effort lets find your ideal developers with less effort. Let’s say you’re hiring locksmiths. Traditionally, you’d put out your job ad and ask applicants to send their CVs with skills, certificates, experience, etc. But CVs don’t tell the full story.

In this example, we are looking for locksmiths. A locksmith should be able to open locked doors without a key. So, if instead of asking for their CVs, why don’t you simply lock your office door and interview the ones that make it through? is this but for developers. Instead of a form, we give people an API endpoint to apply through with some challenges that act as a litmus test. On average, 80% of developers are filtered out and you interview only the ones that make it through.
