Orinyx verifies every clinical AI recommendation against approved sources in real time, before a clinician signs, and logs each check as a timestamped record a hospital can hand to its board, legal team, and regulators. The check stays independent by design, because a system cannot credibly grade its own output. Starting with medication safety, where the sources are clearest and the risk is most concrete.
