MailJive is a cloud-based service for sharing and finding information from email, regardless of who received it or when. It lets you retain knowledge for your teammates, even if you aren't there anymore, by saving informational emails plus the conversations and tags you and your coworkers have around them. You control what information is shared, and who has access. MailJive lets you and your coworkers easily search through that information, in near real-time, without the hassle of restoring from email archives.
MailJive works with Gmail, Office 365, IMAP, and POP3 email accounts, where you only pay for the data feeds you are actively monitoring or saving for searching later on.
