Levitat is a hammock meets floating exercise mat designed to increase the difficulty of workouts and yoga and to provide a hanging space for relaxing outdoors.
Levitat condenses and stuffs into its own backpack for transport at a size that's smaller and lighter than two water bottles. For setup you'll need 3 stable mounting points, such as trees, poles, or columns, to hold the suspended triangle's straps. They don't need to be equidistant since the straps are individually adjustable to create the level of tension you prefer. Once in place, you can balance your way through yoga practice, cross-training work on core strength and balance, a meditation session, or a nap at the end of a long hike. We also designed a portable frame to allow the mat to be free standing.
