Jatana is a customer service automation platform, at the moment we integrate with Zendesk, but we plan to release shortly integrations with some of the most popular customer service and CRM systems.

We create an AI engine for each client, and train it on their historic data. In a matter of hours Jatana is capable to suggest replies to the agent, reply automatically up to 50% of the tickets, tag and triage, and deliver a huge amount of metrics based on your data. Jatana is language agnostic, so it's ideal for team that give support in different languages.
