The modern way of hiring

Hundred5 born out of clear need and developed by us, the people behind Toggl and Teamweek. Killing off the CV as a hiring tool has been a life-changing decision!

After years of struggle, we built a technology that has helped us overcome many recruitment challenges and grow a team of talented people. And lately we’ve been asking ourselves: why not share this new approach with the world! Born out of clear need and developed by us, the people behind Toggl and Teamweek.

Love the design and the value proposition is unique. Very impressed with Toggl which I use daily, so I'm sure this is a killer app.

I've seen some other HR tools use qualifying questions to filter out applicants, but this is the first time I see a point-based system. It seems almost like a CAPTCHA do weed out non-serious applicants.

Do you have any insights into what percentage of applicants you're able to filter out with this approach?

@marckohlbrugge By the way, let me know when you're live and looking to promote the service to more companies. Maybe it's something we can offer to BetaList Jobs customers.

@marckohlbrugge Looking at the last three years, during which we’ve used this method, i’d say roughly 5%. Most of them are adventure seekers who just try their luck, and i can’t imagine going through all those CVs. Usually it’s around 3000 for a position.

@Hundred5_HQ 😮 That's a lot of time saved

Hi @marckohlbrugge. Thanks for being supportive. I really appreciate it!

The beta version is public now. What do you think about testing it out for BetaList? I’d love to help you set it up.

With that being said, we're already working hard on an enhanced version. It will be out in a few months.

@marritt Congrats on the launch 🙌

We're not hiring now, but will keep it in mind if we ever do.

Hi everyone! We've been really busy and just released the new version – designed and developed completely from from scratch. Happy to hear your feedback and answer questions!
