Looks nice. However, for a lot of updates in WordPress people are not necessarily changing css, php, js files and subsequently VCS systems such as Git don't help out much here.

For example: Themes such as Divi by Elegant Themes are insanely customizable, even without the use of a Child Theme. These customizations can be made on an element by element basis, page by page basis, or sitewide and are completed via the Divi Builder UI. How can Hookbot help out here?

This is where I find immense value in ManageWP (https://managewp.com).

@brianjking We actually don't handle those kinds of updates. We're geared towards the plugin developer and help them push new plugin & theme updates/versions to their customers either manually through our system, or using a system like Git or Bitbucket where we can do auto-deploy based on a versioning file. The updates appear exactly as they would for plugins & theme updates from the WordPress Repository. To help with the premium themes & plugins sold through Envato Makretplace, we also have purchase code validation.
