GhostChat
Lightweight live chat that won't slow your site. No cookies.
GhostChat is a lightweight, privacy-first live chat widget for small businesses and teams. The widget is 18.9KB including opening the chat, about 14x lighter than Crisp and 58x lighter than Intercom (measured Aug 2026). It uses no cookies, no tracking, and no per-seat fees. It's a simpler alternative to Intercom, Tawk.to, and Crisp.
Replies come from the dashboard, your phone, or Gmail. Paid plans add more sites, team seats, chat assignment, auto-translate, and webhooks. An optional AI add-on answers visitors from your site's content and hands off to a human when unsure. Install with one script tag or the WordPress plugin.
