HireDelightful is both an applicant tracking system ("ATS") and feedback/assessment tool that solves a huge problem in most companies: most organizations never learn how to hire well.
We let organizations hire better by providing feedback (in the form of 360 reviews and assessments) during and after the hiring process. If a new staff member is great -- then the software increases the weight of the characteristics used to select that candidate for the future. If they don't work so well -- it learns form that too. Plus, we encourage hiring for authentic culture fits - not just fancy degrees or look-a-like hiring.
