For your browser click flows, you write a Node.JS script using Google's Puppeteer framework. For your API's, you set up your API GET & POST requests and add assertions to check for response time, response content, JSON schema, headers and many more things. Run it every 5 minutes and get alerted via email, Slack or webhooks when things go south.
