It's aimed mostly at iOS developers, and it has companion apps for Mac and iOS (in fact, there is no web interface. It's native-only)! It is specifically engineered to store no tracking information or personally identifiable information, so it's safe under GDPR/CCPA and is not affected by App Tracking Transparency.
