Recruiter chatbots and machine learning

Applyr is designed to be the most human recruitment tool. Our recruiter chatbots 'sit' on a company's careers page and engage with, pre-select and schedule interviews with candidates.

This represents a radical improvement in the candidate experience, whilst saving the hiring company and the recruiter huge amounts of time. The more interactions Applyr chatbots engage in, the more our platform learns from the data it measures. Which further serves to improve recruiting processes. Feel free to request a demo via our website.

Guys, what happens if the candidate lies to the bot about his/her competencies just to be accepted to the next step of the hiring process?
How do you do the matching between the candidate's background and what the company is requiring?
@RenatoRotsztejn Great question.

This is indeed a risk, but it's no different from the risk that somebody might lie on their resume or lie to a recruiter during an initial phone interview. They'll probably get found out later in the process and they will have wasted everyone's time. Fortunately it's a very rare occurrence.

That said, we're currently working on some cool smart contract validation tools, which will largely filter out (and deter) fakers.

In terms of background matching, it all comes down to how the recruiter has configured the chatbot. If the company insists on 5 years' experience, the chatbot will require it from the candidate. But if the recruiter is more flexible, the chatbot will also consider candidates with less experience.

I hope this is helpful. Feel free to ask if you have any further questions!
