AirrTrade lets you buy and sell airplane seats. Just pull up the AirrTrade app on your phone, look at the available seats that people are willing to sell on your flight and simply purchase it. Next, you go through security as you normally would with your original boarding pass. Once you get on the plane, you go to the new seat you purchased, while the seller gets your seat.
