Wroolo - a project and task management system that seamlessly integrates a Kanban board, a content editor, discussion lists, and a knowledge base. Tasks - can be placed on the board or embedded within other tasks creating elaborate scope trees. This feature is a hybrid blend of WBS and backlog. Content - tasks and posts are created through adding sections of various types: plain text, headers, formatted text, tables, files, and other contents. Knowledge Base - enables indexing and searching content, PDF files, text files using keywords or AI. You can also interact with your documents using RAG. Discussions - everything can be discussed and commented on in the discussion module.
