Open source your resumé by inviting your peers to build it for you

Wirki can be though of as a Wikipedia for your work where you choose the authors. With Wirki you can invite your peers to describe your work, rate your skills, and help you build your professional network. You choose who you want to contribute to your profile and editing is anonymous. This way, your profile is created by the people you trust and you get their honest assessment. And of course, you can edit your own profile too.

Does the resume show who contributed which part? I can imagine it helping the credibility. Basically you got your network vouching for your skills (like LinkedIn endorsements, but better)
@marckohlbrugge Hey Marc! Currently, all edits are anonymous. However, edits to your profile can only be made by people you've given Contributor privileges to. These "Contributors" are listed in the Contributors section of your profile, so everyone can see who has Contributor access to your profile.

There is the possibility for more customization on this in the future.
@gettowirki Ah cool. Yeah I think for an employer it would be helpful to see who has contributed. My mom telling me I'm a good worker is different than a previous colleague for example ;)
@marckohlbrugge That's the idea! We also include a "score" on each profile, which is currently tied to the amount of contributors the person has. We have future plans to add more criteria to what makes up this score, but for now it still gives an at-a-glance indicator of how trustworthy the profile is! If a person has 25-30 contributors, it's very unlikely they are all family members and close friends.
