whenfor.us

whenfor.us is an early-stage web product that removes the back-and-forth from planning with friends. Instead of a poll with a few guessed dates, everyone marks the hours they're free, and the tool picks the best time.

It's simple: no accounts, email, app, ads, or paid plans. Slots can be 30 minutes or 1 to 4 hours. One event supports up to 150 people, and everyone sees times in their time zone. Event pages are private to those with the link and deleted 90 days after the last day.

We'd love feedback from people who organize game nights, clubs, and family calls.
