Vanilla is building a suite of basic, no-frills products, all within 1 account, to help founders and startups run their companies affordably. We're starting off with our first product: Inbox. Inbox is a customer support tool that allows you to manage emails all from one inbox. You're also able to implement a live chat widget on your website.
In the near future, we'll be adding new apps such as: CRM, Notion-like wikis, help articles & knowledge base, surveys, feedback & NPS, e-signiture, project management, popups & more.
