Userlist is a tool that sends behavior-based messages to your SaaS users. It’s great for onboarding users and nurturing them throughout their journey. It also provides an admin dashboard, so that you can see who your users are, segment them, and see what they’re doing (or not doing) in your application. More efficient than building it yourself; less complex than Intercom or Customer.io.
