Trigr lets you create visual hotkeys, macros, and text expansions on Windows without writing scripts. You can remap any key or combination, chain actions into sequences, and scope shortcuts with app profiles so the same key does different things in different apps. Trigr runs fully locally with no accounts or cloud and adds quick search, clipboard history, and experimental offline voice commands. It's lightweight and free during beta.
