Scribiz

Get transcripts, on-screen text, and summaries from any video link

Scribiz converts video links and files into transcripts with speakers and timestamps, captures the text and scenes shown on screen, and provides summaries and chapters. It supports YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, X, and Vimeo links, as well as uploads, including videos without captions. You can export SRT, VTT, plain text, Markdown, or JSON, or ask questions about a video. Try it in the browser without an account; a free account grants 30 minutes per month, and Pro costs $10 per month. There is also a Mac app, a command-line tool, an API, and an MCP server so agents like Claude and Cursor can read a video from its link.
