Tap

Tap is a tool that lets remote teams collaborate like they are in the same room. It allows for audio-only, spontaneous chats with your teammates and an instant, deep collaboration mode where you can sketch out their ideas, share you screen, and enable remote control of your screen in one-click. It also lets you send and receive transcribed, async audio messages when synchronous communication isn't possible.

Tap brings back the "tap someone on the shoulder" effect and the spontaneity without getting you out of your flow. Tap doesn't even have a video option - so don't worry about what you look like or what your background is.
