The Socialpreneurs is a funding platform for creator businesses. 1. Creators raise capital via crowdfunding 2. Followers invest via a revenue sharing note 3. Creators use funds to expand their businesses, launch new product lines then pay back investors a % of quarterly revenue.
Throughout the deal, creators maintain 100% ownership in their companies and investors get paid back their initial investment plus a % of revenue up to a total investment multiple (e.g. 1.5X). Both the % revenue share and investment multiple are set in advance by the creator.
