Puffling is an Australian based startup helping to pair senior women to 'job share'. Puffling connects return to work moms, enabling a match and a joint CV to be created, the pair interview together. Businesses have the benefit of a '2 for 1' level of experience and are promoting diversity and fostering retention in their organizations, enabling senior women to return to work and advance with the flexibility to manage their family life. Puffling is in beta in advertising/marketing industry currently and set to expand into other industries. Puffling is also a model for dads, carers, entrepreneurs and the aging workforce to consider.
