Pali™ has a countdown timer young kids can SEE and UNDERSTAND. Shortly before your child's wake time, a ring appears around the clock face and slowly diminishes as it counts down the remaining sleep time. (much like the progress bar on a movie). When the countdown is done and the light turn greens the child knows it is time for them to leave the bedroom. Positive reinforcement helps develop habits and change behaviors. Use the automatically unlocking reward drawer to give your kids a sticker or small prize when the clock turns green. Stick in your prize, lock the drawer, and it will unlock at the designated wake up time.
