Neulantis is developing a platform for project and skill discovery for developers, and designers. End users (developer, designers, and in the medium term large to medium enterprises) will use the platform to broadcast their project skill needs to users with relevant skills and interests. They will then be able to solicit applicants interested in collaborating with them on these projects. To aid this skill discovery process, Neulantis is developing a reputation system that takes into account the reputation developed by users on other online platforms, and creates a consolidated reputation score.
