Netcoins is partnering with retailers to allow you to buy Bitcoins in stores, because it's still surprisingly hard to buy Bitcoin as a newbie.

Unlike Bitcoin ATMs & Exchanges, you don't need an account or special wallet app with Netcoins. Just pay the cashier, give them your email address, and receive your Bitcoins. Netcoins calls this a "virtual" Bitcoin ATM.
