The engine reads all of it, including the drawings, the specifications, the addenda and the bid forms. It gives your estimator a list of every requirement that changes the price, each one tied to its page, together with the conflicts and open questions it found. It then prepares a first draft of the quote from your own past quotes, price lists and cost sheets. The estimator checks the draft, makes the decisions that need judgement, and sends the quote.
