Intuhire

Intuhire is a talent screening solution that helps test developers for technologies they claim to be experts in. Conventional whiteboard interviews or online platforms cannot test for skills the way we do, testing for all of UI/web development skills, algorithms and framework knowledge.

We simulate real development environments giving them tasks that would need them to consume data from our rest APIs and web sockets, performing operations on the data and display them using the technology of our clients' choice. This has a much lesser error rate than the typical whiteboard interview. The setup process is completely automated for the candidate as well as the interviewer.
