Your sign up form says "Subscription Error: email: Email address blocked. Please refer to" No other information or explanation is given. The address is on a .com domain, not something to be unexpected.

It looks like you have the same problem on "4shops".

@ianmayman We are using aweber system for subscription. So, it is looking that your email address is blocked in their system. You can contact them directly on this issue, because we don't control that. Also, we just tested with another email and everything is working smoothly. https://www.screencast.com/t/1QyHHR83u9NZ
