Anonymously call out the bad behavior of "ghosting" by recruiters
GhostReply is a free and completely anonymous tool to provide feedback to a recruiter, HR rep, or hiring manager who ghosted you. After putting in hours of preparation, multiple interviews, and maybe also working on multi-hour exams/case studies, the worst thing in response is radio silence.
GhostReply exists to both call out the most egregious unprofessional behavior and to help candidates provide some closure and feedback about the process. And if it helps to even slightly improve the hiring processes of offending companies to provide better experiences of future candidates, then it's a success!
