For the last few years, I was focused on SaaS conversion & retention optimization as an independent consultant. One of the best ways to ensure the proper retention of your clients is by providing perfect customer support. However, most of the bootstrapped SaaS founders are wearing many hats at the same time and it gets almost impossible for them to respond to their clients on time.
