Employers reward college students for building skills before hiring them
Eddily is a SF Bay area start-up that is rebuilding the bridge between college and careers. To begin addressing the suboptimal outcomes that happen as a result of the current arcane and broken process, we have developed a platform that integrates skill building for college students and campus recruiting for employers. The Eddily app uses game mechanics to help employers encourage college students to develop skills that are important to their company. As a result of better information flow and greater skill alignment, the students and employers are able to make better internship and full time job matches.
