Deflekt.ai is a tool to deflect customer support emails before they become tickets. It uses a built-in bot you can train with your knowledge base and FAQ articles or lets you your existing trained AI chatbot (currently Mendable, Chatbase and AskAI are supported).

After you create your inbox alias and set it up, you can start receiving (and replying) emails. Deflekt.ai ets you monitor the sent replies for quality control and tracks the status of each reply. You'll see the successfull deflection rate right on your dashboard.
